You can cut down USED Skis from a Thrift Store! it is cheap and Works great! I like the ones with a Wood Core! the Foam Core ones break easier when mounted to a Mounting Plate!

These Used Skis are JUST fine... I wanted a Wider ski for powder so I am using the K2 Fatty this year!

This is a TRAMWAY ski! we had to make this to get on the CHAIR Lift at BRIANHEAD! we took a USED THRIFT store ski and mounted a snowboard binding on it! You only have to use it when you get ON the Chair Lift and when you GET Off! then Once you are at the top..take it off and clamp it to your frame! You will deal with some obscure Tramway Laws occasionally! EASY FIX!
